How can i back up iphone apps and their data (apps bought from itunes and downloaded from elsewhere) to my pc?

I’ve got a jailbroken iphone. I’ve got some apps which i have used and have a lot of notes on, some programs bought on itunes. For example note programs, and i really need to back them up to my pc in case something happens to the iphone. How can i do this?

if those apps you want to backup are not from Cydia and they are from itunes or app store of the iphone, simply open itunes, go to file, and click download pruchased items from iphone, after finishing the sync, do another sync for the iphone,
the itunes backs up all your data including notes and everything related to apps.

you can install ssh from cydia may alreadybe installed
get winscp and ssh into the iphone to the root dir folder
nav thru the folder to the apps and copy the files out and
do the same thing but put em back in after u redo the iphone long painfull way
or serch for aptbackup theres also another way to backup cydia installed apps onlyusing vlydia note u must google these things to learn more and stuff first give iclairifyed a looky thru installious is not supported by cydia offically altho they prolly use it too
so installious things downloaded with the installious app would have a logg file unless u deleted or cleared them they are the base orginal files of the programs u got from installious
shh into the iphone find those files witch would maybe be in var mobile media or somthing temp folder or a cache folder for installious whatever thats how to grab the file back
another easy way is to say screw installious as they put troll bridges up and i dont even know if installious works still
i would use a torrent site to download the ipa’s save the ip’as of eatch app u want that u find cracked on the internet at thepiratebay.com ininova.com or whatever youtube for torrent site or google iphone torrent apps or whatever the wording may need to be i personally keep 9 gigs of ipa’s tomtom ipa’s all kinds of crap all i do is double click they auto go into itunes i make sure i have the source added in for sinfuliphone repo update grab the 3.1.2 appsync install it reboot sync with itunes all my cracked stuff
cuz man getting that junk out is gunna be a hassle
i have tho before seen people with all these utilitys and when i upgraded thier firmwares the iphone loaded a grey bar and booted with a custom logo and had some stuff from the pres apps still but it was missing things here in there dont know what that was but i think its inpart to someones utilitys taking over a major part of allocated file space or somthing idk changed partitons or somthing was odd but unlikly that thats even ur answer just thought id note that it could happen
google appulo its the wanna be headquaters of hackulo aka installious it will say the ipod touch application index or whatever or may say troll bridge ?’s change all the time so good luck what that if thats still goingon
they block the site unless u answer a ? only a iphone hacker enthuiasist would know u must answer before the site will load
